Yes, absolutely. We refund any unused storage days, subject to a 7 day notice period and a two week minimum term.

All units are secured with padlocks - for internal storage you can bring your own or buy one from us. We provide discus padlocks for the outdoor containers to ensure enhanced security.

If you are storing outside in Dover, you can access the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For internal storage, we are open in Dover 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. 

In Canterbury we are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

If you require access outside of these hours, we can arrange this with advance warning.

Yes, we have a range of trolleys, forklift and pallet trucks to help move your goods into your unit.

We work with a number of trusted removals companies and you can find a list of recommended vendors here. We do not provide a removal service ourselves.

No, you can turn up any time if you have 24 hour access.

You can store anything, within reason! 

For obvious reasons you cannot store illegal items, animals, hazardous materials, food or perishable items.

If your goods are worth storing, they are worth insuring. While it isn’t a legal requirement, we are obliged under the terms of the Self Storage Association to ask you to do so. It’s usually very easy to insure with your own household insurance. If this proves too difficult, we recommend www.insurastore.com, at a competitive rate of £0.69 per £1000.00 of cover.

We only provide padlocks for those storing in our containers. We sell padlocks, or you can bring your own.

We have a very strict policy to ensure no debt builds up and we have the right to take possession of your goods if you default on any payment past a 30 days notice period.

In Dover, for those who pay for 24/7 storage, we are open all year round.

You store it, you lock it, you keep the key. 

You are the only person with access to your unit, though you can let us know if you’d like to allow anyone else access.

We ask for one week’s notice and we will refund any unused storage days with the month.

We will refund your £50 deposit once we have checked your unit has been emptied and all invoices have been paid.

You can pay by standing order, bank transfer, cheque, cash or card payment.

There is no charge, but you will need to book this in advance so that one of our licensed forklift drivers can help.
